Iraklis Daitsis

Biography

He was born and lives in Thessaloniki, with a four-year break during which he lived in the city of Komotini where he studied. Since then, he has been working as a social worker in the mornings and a musician in the afternoons. He enjoys reading and writing lyrics and stories. He finds everyday life somewhat boring, but it never ceases to fascinate him. Some days he digs into its ugliness until he finds something beautiful; other days, he creates imaginary worlds that he tries to explore.
From 2015 until today, he has been playing and writing with his friends Ψύλλοι στ’Άχυρα , and they are currently working on new songs (2025.10). Just recently, he released his first solo album, “When Life Fell Asleep in the Living Room.” (2025.10.10).
